Get Paid to Post

There are a few legitimate paid to post social sites out there. But with so many people being scammed every day, it's hard to know which sites to trust.

Mylot.com is a genuine site that does pay its users for posting on the site. All you have to do is start a discussion based on the interests you have selected. The more interests that you select, the more you can discuss and so the more money you could make. There is a "start new discussion" tab to click, so it's fairly easy to navigate. The interest section is a bit tedious, you have to look through the whole selection, and so if you did select a lot of interests, you will have to wade through them all to find the one you are looking for.

Some of your selected interests do appear at the top of the screen, so you can either choose from them or look for others.

Friends

You can add friends on Mylot.com and the more friends you add, the more money you could make. The way it works is; you respond to their discussions, they respond to yours (not all users extend the same courtesy, but most of them do). You can be notified via email when your friends start discussions, simply by clicking the "notify is off" tab. Once your friendship request has been accepted, you can send private messages to your friends.

Starting discussions.

The more people that respond to your discussions, the more money you will make. Try to make them general and interesting.
Rules.

Mylot.com are quite strict about their rules, they have a section where you can read through the various rules. If any of these are broken, you could be punished, repeat offenders have their earnings deducted (without warning) or they are banned altogether.
Money.

There is some kind of complex algorithm that Mylot.com won't divulge. You don't earn a huge amount, but the more you post, the more you make. You can make anything; from 2 cents to a dollar fifty. The money you have earned is displayed at the top of the screen  (earnings are updated once a day) The amount is in U.S dollars and cents, so if you live in a different country, you will need to figure out what that is in your currency. Don't worry about converting it when it comes to payday, paypal has an automatic currency converter. Payday is the 15th of every month, as long as you have earned enough to qualify for payout. You must have enough to qualify by the last day of the previous month or you will have to wait until next time.

When you first reach payment, you are automatically set to receive payment on payday when you reach the amount of $10, you can change this for the next payment to $25, $50, or $100. When you have earned that amount, you get that exactly, if you have earned any more than that, it is rolled over for next month. For example; if you earned $27.95, you get paid $25, and you will have $2.95 in your balance.

It is most definitely not a get rich quick scheme, but it is a way to earn some extra money and have a good time too. You might meet some nice people on there, have fun!

Signs of an Unhealthy Relationships

We all hope that when we get in a relationship that it will be a healthy one. Unfortunately, for many, this isn't the case. You may find yourself questioning whether you are in a healthy relationship at some point. Just because your relationship runs across hard times doesn't mean that the relationship is unhealthy. Every relationship will run into trouble at times. However, there are some relationships that shouldn't exist because they are unhealthy and, in some cases, deadly.

There are certain things that you should be able to expect in a relationships at all times. If you can't expect them, you are in an unhealthy relationship. If you have problems in your relationship and you can't talk about those problems, you are in an unhealthy relationship. If you can't expect the other person to make the right choices, you are in an unhealthy relationship. If you can't trust you partner, you are in an unhealthy relationship.

Unhealthy relationships begin when one person doesn't respect the other person. This could be an abuser who never respects the person he/she is with. It could be a cheater that can't stay true to his word. It could be a number of different scenarios. The thing to keep in mind is that if the other person is disrespecting you in any manner, you are not in a healthy relationship.

It takes two to make the relationship work. If you are in an unhealthy relationship, you will find that you are fighting all the time or not talking at all. Both situations are hard to deal with. Finding yourself in an unhealthy relationship causes stress that is unnecessary and it may be time to call it quits. It doesn't just affect you, it affects anyone else living in the home including children. It also affects other family members and friends who are watching the disease of an unhealthy relationship spread. It is like cancer. Cancer in the relationship is no better than cancer in the body. It sits waiting to attack and it can be deadly in some circumstances.

If you find that you are in an unhealthy relationship, you have two choices. You can seek help to work the relationship out or you can call it quits. Staying in an unhealthy relationship isn't a good answer and it will never end well. Get help or get out. Everyone deserves to be in a healthy relationship where both parties are willing to help each other grow in their lives. If you find that you aren't there, it is time to move on to another situation that allows you to grow the way that you were meant to grow.

Loneliness While In A Relationship

It might not seem to make sense, why would someone feel lonely while they are in a relationship with someone?. Maybe because sometimes loneliness isn’t always about who you are with; sometimes it’s about how you are feeling about yourself and how you feel the world perceives you. It’s possible to be in a room crowded with people and still feel completely alone, even if the other people there are making an effort to talk to you. This is because you feel disconnected from the other people; as if it’s more like you are watching them, rather than being with them; as if you really are alone somewhere and only your body is there in that room with those other people.

It can be like this while in a relationship too sometimes. Where you wake up next to someone and don’t feel them there; as if you were far away somewhere watching them on a television screen, or maybe it’s a dream where you see this other person or things going on, but you don’t feel like you’re really a part of it, or them, or anything else. You’re just all in your mind, feeling sad or lonely, or sometimes bitter, because everyone else seems to go on as if you were feeling them.

On the other hand, some people feel lonely in a relationship because they don’t feel the person they are with is really connecting with them. Sometimes this happens when one or the other person isn’t all that great at expressing love, or intimacy. In these cases, you feel like you have to take their word for it when they say they love you, or want to be with you, because they don’t know how to show it or aren’t willing to do the things that other people do to show the people they love that they really do care.
And other times, people feel lonely while in a relationship because the relationship isn’t as fulfilling as they’d like. Maybe there is not enough spark, or romance, or maybe one or both of you is growing bored; or maybe you’re finding out that you don’t have as many things in common as you thought in the beginning, or maybe you start to feel like there should be more to life and love and being with someone, and you’re just not getting that with the person you are with.
But other times, it’s also possible to just feel lonely, for no good reason at all. It might be a mood, or a passing phase or maybe just your time of the month. Whatever it is, you likely hope it will pass, because who wants to go around feeling lonely when they are in a relationship with someone.

Fix Depression - Develop Interests

Develop Interests

Depression involves sadness, pessimism, a preoccupation with personal problems, and perhaps feeling sorry for one's self, anguish, and hopelessness. Depressed people often lose interest in many activities and social contacts because of loss of pleasure in and enthusiasm for their usual activities. They may become apathetic or socially withdrawn. Low energy, chronic tiredness, excessive sleeping, and insomnia are common. Other possible symptoms include poor appetite, heavy eating, weight loss or gain, feelings of inadequacy or worthlessness, anxiety, regrets, decreased productivity, poor concentration, or recurrent thoughts of death or suicide. Four out of five cases of severe depression clear up without treatment within six to nine months, but half of the people with severe depression experience it again later.

Perhaps one of the most common reasons for depression is a lack of enough interests and activities. A small number of them tend to become routine and often boring. Interests and activities are very important in mental health, contributing to self-esteem and happiness. They give satisfaction, help make you feel good about yourself, and keep your mind off problems and negative thoughts and emotions. Simply cultivating them can sometimes cure depression, grief, addiction, explosive anger, anxiety, excessive worrying, or guilt, especially if you do the activities whenever you feel the negative emotion. There are many things you can do in this area: house work, visiting the sick or elderly, developing a hobby that involves the use of the hands, and so much more.

Remember:  Sadness is always temporaryThis, tooshall pass. Can'tIf, When, and But never did anythingTrials give you strengthsorrows give understanding and wisdom.

ACCEPTANCE AND FAITH

It’s amazing the peace of mind you get when you’ve come to terms with acceptance. It’s amazing how clear things become when you’ve opened your heart to the inevitable. In life, you’ll never get everything you want. Your maturity and strength as a person are not measured by the number of victories you acquire but in your willingness to admit defeat when you know you’ve lost.

Oftentimes, we are given problems and dilemmas that will test our ability to deal with life. It’s difficult to accept things that give us pain and suffering. But acceptance is not merely ‘admitting defeat’ or ‘ceasing to fight’ or ’surrendering’. When you look at it in a much bigger perspective, it’s actually embracing the truth and welcoming the bittersweet fact that there is a reason why these things have to happen to us when they do. It’s difficult especially when you don’t see that “reason”, and you feel so miserable… but once your heart is really open for acceptance, you have to have faith too — that God has a plan, and that there is something else waiting for you.
